Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

It can take up to 2 business days to process your order for desktop units. For laptops, we offer same day processing on all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST. All units ship the next business day after processing has completed.

Carriers

We use UPS/USPS/Amazon to ship all orders. We are not able to change the carrier that is chosen to meet your preference, as our system automatically assigns this based on your address.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost includes our handling fee, and the shipping charge from FedEx and UPS. We offer FREE two day shipping on all laptops, and low cost shipping options for desktop units.

International oRDERS

Deliveries outside of the US & Canada may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country. These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.
