Only devices that meet all specified requirements or have been reviewed and approved by our team are eligible for the trade-in program.
2. Eligible Regions
The trade-in program is available in the EU, UK, US, and Canada.
Unfortunately, customers from other regions are not eligible at this time.
3. Trade-In Value
The trade-in value of your Aurora Pro is based on its total usage time.
Please provide an estimated usage when sending back the Auroro Pro.
Our technical department will confirm actual usage upon receiving your unit.

Tolerance Range:
A small overage of up to 3% beyond the tier limits is acceptable. For example, 1025 hours is treated as <1000 hours.
If the actual usage exceeds this tolerance, the trade-in value will be adjusted to the next lower tier. For example, if 500 - 1000 hours are declared but 1040 hours are detected, the value will be adjusted from $1,099 (500 – 1,000 hours) to $999 (>1000 hours).
You must submit your application before the deadline to receive a discount!
Limited Trade-In Quantities: First come, first served. The trade-in program will close without prior notice once we receive enough applications.
Step 2. Pre-Order the Aurora Pro MKII
Place an order during the Aurora Pro MKII pre-order period.
Step 3. Return Your Aurora Pro
After receiving the MKII, take clear photos of your original Aurora Pro, documenting its condition and usage.
Pack it securely in the MKII packaging for return. Send it back within 15 calendar days of receiving the MKII. Failure to meet this deadline may result in disqualification from the trade-in program.
NexiGo covers the shipping costs for MKII pre-orders and Aurora Pro trade-ins. (However, if the trade-in is canceled due to the participant's reasons, any additional shipping costs incurred will be the participant's responsibility.)
Step 4. Trade-In Processing
Upon receipt, we will verify the condition and laser usage of your unit.
Your trade-in discount will be credited as a refund to the payment method used for your MKII pre-order.
Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks of us receiving the trade-in unit.
Frequency Asked Questions
As long as scratches are under 5 cm and do not compromise functionality, your projector is eligible for the trade-in program.

No, the Aurora Pro MKII Trade-In Program is exclusively available through the NexiGo official website. Applications submitted via authorized dealers are not accepted at this time, please submit your application directly through the NexiGo official website.

Terms & Conditions
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Eligible Regions: The Program is open to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada.
Authorized Purchases: Customers who purchased their Aurora Pro from unauthorized third-party suppliers are not eligible for the Program.
Return Period: Participants must return their Aurora Pro within 15 calendar days of receiving the MKII. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the program.
Laser Usage Tolerance: A variance of up to 3% beyond the declared laser usage tier is acceptable. If the actual usage exceeds this tolerance, the trade-in value will be adjusted to the next lower tier.
Acceptance of Adjusted Value: If you do not accept the adjusted trade-in value, you may choose to have your Aurora Pro returned to you at your own cost/shipping.
Non-Eligible: If a participant makes a false declaration and the trade-in is deemed invalid by NexiGo, the participant's trade-in eligibility will be revoked, and the participant will be responsible for the cost of returning the Aurora Pro.
Program Authority: NexiGo reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions regarding the program.
