A: 1. Maybe your light doesn't have enough power, please charge the lamp by connecting it to a power source (laptop, computer, or a 5V/1A adapter, etc.) using the provided USB cable. Normally it takes 5 hours to be fully charged, you can check the charging status from the indicator, it is red while charging, changes to green after fully charged.

2. Please increase the brightness, long press the touch ring (metal ring on the top panel) to adjust the brightness, and stop at the brightness you want.
