IMPORTANT:
The upgrade firmware is to fix some occasional bugs. You don't need to update it unless your controller has problems in use. There is no functional difference between the upgrade versions.
Download the Upgrade Tool and save it to your desktop or another convenient location.

Double click to open the tool.

Make sure your NS32 controller is turned off. Then press and hold the joystick for at least 3 seconds to let the controller enter the upgrade mode.

Connect the controller to your computer using the provided USB cable.

The Upgrade Firmware button will light up after the above steps are performed correctly.

Click the Upgrade Firmware button to start the update, and follow the pop-up tips to complete the update.
