Power the charging dock by plugging the power cable into the wall using a 5V 2A adapter or the original AC adapter for the Switch (not included)
Before charging the Joy-Cons with the Grip Dock, please check the following:
1. Ensure that the Grip Dock is powered on. You can verify this by checking if the Charging Indicators are showing a steady green light.
2. To charge your Joy-Cons, attach them to the Charging Slots where they will magnetically connect. It's important to connect the '+' and '-' Joy-Cons to their respective sides, as indicated by the markings on the Charging Grip. Failure to do so may result in improper charging of the Joy-Cons.
The NexiGo charging dock can charge up to 4 Joy-Cons at once.
