Power the charging dock by plugging the power cable into the wall using a 5V⎓2A adapter or the original AC adapter for the Switch (not included)
Before charging the Joy-Cons with the Charging Dock, please check the following:
1. Ensure that the Charging Dock is powered on. You can verify this by checking if the Charging Indicators are showing a steady green light and the charging dock will beep twice.
2. To charge your Joypads, snap them onto the Charging Slots and they will attach magnetically. You must connect the '+' and '-' Joypads with their corresponding sides, as indicated by the markings on the Charging Dock. Otherwise, the Joypads may not charge properly
The NexiGo charging dock can charge up to 4 Joy-Cons at once.
