First, plug in the dock using the original wall adapter from Nintendo or the included USB cable and a separate wall adapter (not included).
Then, slide the Power Button to turn it on.
The NexiGo charging dock can charge up to 4 Joy-Cons, or 2 Joy-Cons and 1 Pro controller at once.
The light-up columns will turn red when your Joy-Cons are charging and purple when they’re fully charged. Meanwhile, the indicator light for the Pro Controller will turn off when it’s done charging. You cannot disable any of these indicator lights.
Unless you have issues with the camera, we don't recommend any firmware updates. If you are not sure about if updates are needed, please contact our customer support cs@nexigo.com.
